Welcome to Enolytics’ Support Portal!
Our aim is for you to use our software to its fullest capabilities, in order to grow your business. There’s a lot of information to help you do that!
That’s why we created this Support Portal. Please consider it a knowledge base, with educational videos and a “dictionary” of terms and definitions to guide you along.
You’re welcome to use the Customer Community for feature requests, where other users can add comments and upvote your suggestions. The Customer Community is also where you can review currently known issues as well as the latest release notes.
You’ll also notice a “New Ticket” button at the top navigation bar, where you can submit questions or issues that need our attention. We’ll respond as soon as possible, and set up a Zoom meeting to walk through the issue together.
